http://schneiderchen.de | © 2015 | http://angiesrecipes.blogspot.com This is a tomato-less salsa made with crunchy, juicy bell peppers and tangy, sweet pomegranate. You can serve this salsa with crackers, burgers or roasted chicken.
- 1 Red pepper, seeded and finely diced
- 1 Green pepper, seeded and finely diced
- 1 Yellow pepper, seeded and finely diced
- 1 Small onion, peeled and finely diced
- 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2-3 tbsp Fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Stir together all ingredients. Let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with additional salt and pepper.
- Salsa will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
