Blueberry And Yogurt Pops
Makes 8
Ingredients
- 375g blueberries
- 3 tablespoons caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 420g vanilla yogurt
- pulp of 3 passion fruit
How to make
- Place the blueberries, sugar and lemon juice in a medium saucepan over high heat and bring to the boil. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat and allow to completely.
- Place the yogurt in a bowl and fold through the passion fruit pulp and cooled blueberry mixture. Pour into 8 ice lolly moulds, insert wooden slicks and freeze for 4 hours or until set.
